RUN BABY RUN!

HEY GUYS!

Some of you may already know, BA ENVOYS took part in a relay race, known as PROJECT NUTZ last year. Well this year, IT’S BACK! This year it’s called RUNNER’S RELAY!

Runner’s Relay will be held on the 24th of July 2009 at 6pm. It’s on a Friday btw =)

There are different categories so if we join, we would be joining under the NP Club/Society Division.

POLY EXPERIENCE DAY.

HAVE YOU GUYS SIGN UP YET?!?!?!?!?!?!

Event: Poly Experience Day (PED)
Date: 8,9,10 July
2 session each day: 2 to 4 and 4 to 6
Each session requires: 8 ushers and 2 presenters

The role of the ushers is to get the students to settle down (usher them to the seats)
and the Presenters will be presenting the slides (More cca points will be given to presenters)
Allowance of $20 will be given for each session and this is on top of the cca points given to you!
You may choose more than 1 session but if there are overwhelming response, you will only be able to help out for 1 session throughout the 3 days.
However, there is a possibility that you may be given the chance to help out for more than 1 session!
Or maybe none if all the slots are full. So if you want to help out for the event, be a typical kiasu Singaporean and hurry sign up for this event!
Just to let you know, there will be a compulsory training this coming Mon ( 29TH JUNE)  if you are confirmed helping out for the event.

CAMP CAMP CAMPPPPP!

Some Reminders About Main Camp:
1) Camp Date is on the 22-24th of June
2) Gather at 1200 at LT 26. BE PUNCTUAL!
3) Let us know what ALLERGIES you have!
4) Tell us if you have a special diet too. (vegetarian etc etc.)
Here’s The Packing List:
3-4 sets of clothes (2 of which has to be YOUR GROUP COLOUR!) – WEAR ONE TMR AFTERNOON!
1 set of dirty clothes (prepared to be thrown away)
Torchlight (IMPT!*)
Personal Medication
Slippers/Sandals
Sports Shoes
Jacket
Sleeping bag (impt, PLEASE dont sleep on the floor)
Tolietries
Writing Materials (Pen and Papers)
Water Bottle ( IMPT )
*Snacks and tidbits are welcomed. (:

PROJECT FRANKIE

HELLO ENVOYS! Finally the CTs are over!

Betcha excited for main camp, right! Alright, after main camp, we have a post-camp activity, called: PROJECT FRANKIE.
Basically, it means fun. Nothing else, but a full day of fun and games! And no, it is different from Fitness Friday (although it is happening on a Friday), results guaranteed!

More details would be given out during Main Camp. But for now, just keep the 26th of June 2009 free! (Yes, that WHOLE day free!) Your excos/baby sitters would tell you more during your pre-camp activity!
